On Saturday, August 26th 2023, we held a management policy presentation at Subaru-Hall in Tondabayashi City.

Our president, Mr. Masahiro Kitamura shared the achievements and reflections of the 52nd term.

The management policies and goals for the 53rd term also announced.

In the afternoon, we held a group session involving all departments, which was an attempt from last year.
For Showa Spring’s original product development,
a variety of ideas were proposed and a lively exchange of opinions took place.

Lastly, awards to those who had contributed to the company.
