On August 27th, we held a management policy presentation in the 25th floor conference room of Abeno Harukas.
Our Representative Director Masahiro Kitamura announced the results and reflection of the 51st term and then new management policies and goals for the 52nd term. Then each manager presented each department’s policies and goals.
After lunch, yoga and group sessions followed.
Through yoga, I felt the importance of being physically and mentally healthy at work.
In the group session, with members decided by lottery on the day,
“Looking ahead of the future of Showa Spring, what we want to achieve now.”was discussed. In a relaxed atmosphere, I could talk with members in other departments.
After the discussion, each group presented what they want to achieve.
It was a good opportunity to look back on the 51st term and refresh our minds for the 52nd term.
